Our Story
For more than four decades, our journey as business owners has been marked by evolution and dedication. Our initial venture in the restaurant industry laid the foundation, and in 2004, we transitioned our focus to the vacuum systems industry. Since then, we have been honored to continuously serve the Cincinnati and Dayton tri-state areas. Our family-owned enterprise is led by Ken, the owner and father, along with the invaluable contributions of Kelsey, his daughter, and Isaac, a cherished family friend. Bagged or Bagless Vacuums?
In the beginning, all vacuums were designed without bags. However, the introduction of paper bags marked a significant advancement as they provided a superior alternative by drastically reducing the spread of dust. People generally inquire about bagless vacuums for two main reasons:
Economical Consideration: Some individuals seek to economize on bags.
Dust Reduction with HEPA Filters: Others express interest in bagless vacuums due to their utilization of HEPA filters, which are recognized for their efficacy in dust containment.
While HEPA filters are indeed highly efficient, it's important to note that they require periodic replacement, usually at least once a year, and more frequently if there are young children or pets in the household. These replacements can be relatively expensive, ranging between $29 and $59 per filter. In comparison, expenditures of this magnitude are nearly unattainable for paper bags, making the use of bags a more cost-effective choice.
Seeking a solution for minimizing dust? A helpful analogy is your domestic trash cans. Do you utilize trash can liners? Certainly! This practice is more hygienic and prevents waste from infiltrating unwanted areas. Similarly, opting for vacuum bags over emptying a bagless canister accomplishes a similar outcome. Discarding a vacuum bag rather than emptying a bagless canister confines dirt and dust particles, eliminating the risk of them re-entering the air and resettling on recently cleaned surfaces.
The majority of the bags we offer are equipped with micron filtration technology and are competitively priced. Micron filtration bags effectively cleanse the air of dust while maintaining the interior of your vacuum in pristine condition. They also contribute to odor reduction, including the presence of pet odors.

Shipping & Returns
At Vacuum Concepts, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Please contact our customer service team at vacuumconcepts@yahoo.com or 937-299-2037 to initiate a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at vacuumconcepts@yahoo.com or 937-299-2037 with details and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
